I specialize in working with young adults with trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, dissociation, and depersonalization/derealization. I also work with adolescents and children facing life transitions, self-esteem issues, and emotional regulation.
My practice is dedicated to helping those who seek a compassionate and nurturing space. My approach is rooted in psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and person-centered frameworks. Although my work is based in these approaches, I work collaboratively with each client to tailor therapy to best help attain their goals.My experience working with a range of different levels of care including residential treatment centers, intensive outpatient programs, and community mental health has given me the ability to gain skills and resources in varying therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to trauma-informed care and dialectical behavior therapy.
My educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with and Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.My therapeutic style can best be described as warm, compassionate, and empathic.
