Therapy in Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks For Treatment Of Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, and Dissociation in Young Adults and Adolescents

Are you a young adult facing challenges in the workplace setting or academic environment? Perhaps you would like to learn skills to manage anxiety, depression, or self-esteem issues in these settings. My practice is dedicated to working with young adults and adolescents with anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or dissociation. I use evidence-based practices to help individuals cope with these life transitions and provide a safe space to talk about you. My approach is rooted in psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and person-centered frameworks. Although my work is based in these approaches, I work collaboratively with each client to tailor therapy to best help attain their goals. 

My experience working with a range of different levels of care including residential treatment centers, intensive outpatient programs, and community mental health has given me the ability to gain skills and resources in varying therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to trauma-informed care and dialectical behavior therapy.

I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with and Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.My therapeutic style can best be described as warm and empathic. I believe it is important to find a therapist who is the right fit for you which is why I offer a 20 minute complimentary consultation.
