Depression and Anxiety

A person seeks professional help when they feel unfulfilled and stuck, during a time of great loss/crisis or when they are experiencing relationship difficulties.

Couples Counseling

My client is the relationship not each individual, which allows me to offer non-judgemental and warm help to couples who are in different stages of their relationship.

CBT

I practice Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) which is the only psychotherapy that is scientifically supported by more than 30 years of research demonstrating its effectiveness. From the first session you will have a short term plan in place and I will help facilitate healing using the Gottman Method.

Mediation

Mediation is a way to amicably deal with conflict relating to family disputes, marriage dissolution, co-parenting issues and many more. From the first session you will have a short term plan in place and I will help facilitate healing using the Gottman Method.
