Most of us are uncomfortable sitting and feeling our negative emotions. What ever doesn’t feel good we try to get rid of, spiders, telemarketers,  and negative feelings. Try accepting them, labeling, and analyzing them in a mindful way. By trying this three step approach you  will notice them dissipating naturally and not transforming into deeper darker feelings.
